GBCA UPDATE!
Hi everyone! Since March 2020, pandemic lockdown measures and regulations have proven to be challenging and full of uncertainty. Recently, the General Burns Community Association’s volunteer executive members began to meet again to plan activities and events for 2022.
As restrictions begin to lift, we’d like to share a few updates on how we are hoping to move forward in the new year.
Lodge rentals
In light of recent eased restrictions, we are pleased to let you know that GBCA is now taking reservations for renting out The Lodge! Please reach out to Alex at [email protected] with any questions/information.
Butterfly Garden
The General Burns Butterfly Garden needs volunteers to keep it watered this summer. Sign up to take on a week at this link: volunteer signup.org Please share with any neighbours you think might be willing to help!
General Burns Park
We’d love to have your input on how we can best utilize the recreational green space at General Burns Park. We’ll be sharing some polling/questions on this Facebook group and would appreciate your feedback—look out for that soon.
